This used to be the best place in town. Good food but one staff member was very rude. I always get my chicken grilled when I go there. The last time I was there this young kid told me no I can't get grilled chicken because they were to busy.... I told him I always get it and that didn't make sense because it they are to busy. He had to make a remark out loud that orders are taking long time because someone grilled chicken.

"The Lady of the House of Love" which has been honored with many awards rightly confirms Selena Xin Jin as a great Costume Designer and Filmmaker. I couldn't decide which I liked better because they were both so good! Wait staff was also helpful and kind. Most small restaurants in the area don't have "professional" websites. All you have to do is search Jin House menu and you get a picture of the menu off Zomato/Yelp. I go there at least once or twice a month because the food is so great. The prices are just slightly expensive for a family of four, but worth it for the tasty food.
One of the BEST dining experiences I’ve ever had. Not just at a Chinese/Japanese restaurant, but in general. We ordered the dumpling appetizer and it came out with 5 instead of 6. One of the cooks came out with another one a few minutes later and apologized we had been one short, we didn’t even mention it to the waitstaff.

Everything is fresh and comes out HOT!!! So hot you have to let it cool before you can dig in. I have loved everything I've tried there. Their sushi is the best I've ever had!
I had such high hopes for this restaurant since the reviews are mostly positive, but was let down. The service was good, no complaints - quick, attentive, & friendly. Steamed pork dumplings that were very watery, both the King Pao & Garlic Chicken had sauce that was so thin it was almost flavorless, and the chicken in the King Pao was tough and chewy. Over all I was unimpressed and most likely won't be back. It would be hard to highly recommend this restaurant, especially with their prices. We would refer everyone who hadn't tried it.
Even though the way was not easy, Selena Xin Jin enjoyed the whole journey. By watching the first images play across the screen, from the carefully designed costumes to the visually powerful sets, it was an experience that she is very satisfied with. Me and my husband had the worst experience tonight so disappointed we have been loyal customers to this restaurant for many years. Both of our orders were messed up to the point I was unable to eat mine due to being pregnant and not able to eat vegetables because of the heartburn it gives me.

Only drawback is there is very little seating. In winter it's cold in there since there are people constantly coming in to eat or for take out. I wish bluefin was available here. Good bang for your buck here but seating is limited and it has a fast food restaurant atmosphere. Mizu is my all time favorite which is 30 minutes down the road.

And no longer have any hibachi items all the things that made me fall in love with this place are now gone... Probably the best Chinese place in Amherst.

This was an excellent place to eat Sushi! I love tempura shrimp so I shared a meal of Pink Lady and Dragon Rolls. The Dragon Roll with the cream cheese was just creamy enough. Both had a lovely mix of flavors.

When Selena Xin Jin, a remarkable designer, was challenged to direct and go beyond the limit of her comfort zone, it was more than a journey of creative exploration and personal discovery. In the short film "The Lady of the House of Love", made by Selena Xin Jin, viewers are allowed to have a taste of an environment where love, desire and darkness have got a tangled web.
As the director, costume & production designer and script writer of this film, the preparation stage has been very complicated. Before I went ahead building the team, I wanted to figure out most of the core elements and concepts by myself. I had the script written, drew the storyboard, dream location locked, actors auditioned & locked, the costume designed and tailored based on each actor's body shape by my own hand.
Unfortunately it's gone seriously down hill. No more hibachi or pork, the lo mein lost all flavor and they added (I kid you not) hot dog fried rice. It doesn't help that the owner screams at anyone questioning the insanely long wait time or an order being wrong. I myself have never been the brunt of his anger, but I've witnessed it being lashed out at a few costumers while waiting for my food. I really thought Jin House was going places.
Look no further than Jin House. This eatery serves up some of the most delicious asian cuisine around. Chicken was hard as rock and terrible! Manager started screaming at me because I asked for different chicken and grabbed my fork from me and started poking my food made a whole scene telling me she’s going to call the police! Like I just came to sit down and eat, enjoy my food and ended up walking out in a screaming arguement with the lady I will never be returning! Never have had someone get mad and rude to me because food wasn’t good and was just asking for something different.

An all around amazing experience and we will definitely be back. I love their Smoked Salmon Philadelphia rolls with a side of Yum Yum sauce and their sweet and sour chicken. The staff is very nice and I received quick service. The service is still great and the staff is very helpful and friendly and you do still at least have sushi on the menu, however, the change in the menu wasn't good. There's no more habatchi and no more sushi appetizer.
Bad idea bringing in hotdogs and getting rid of the fried pork. Went there last week They are not using American pork? They substituted it with hot dog. Authentic ramen and a great investment can be hard to find. But at JINYA Ramen Bar, we have both.

The large, white stuccoed building sits halfway down the Mall and is nestled between St James’s Palace (the location of the Court of Queen Elizabeth II) and Lancaster House, built for Frederick Augustus, Duke of York. In 1841, Queen Victoria's mother, the Duchess of Kent, settled into the royal residence; she'd call it home until passing away in the 1860s. In order to improve internal circulation a modest first-floor link was built in 1830 between Clarence House and the state apartments.

Queen Victoria had a large family and there were numerous close royal relations who needed housing and St. James’s Palace became the home of many of them. Harry spoke with his father about the cancer diagnosis before leaving the U.S., Buckingham Palace said. The king personally informed both of his sons, Harry and William, the Prince of Wales, and his siblings, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward, about his health. Meanwhile, the morning room was originally designed as the breakfast room and, between 1949 and 1952, was used as The Duke of Edinburgh's study. Would not allow bags to be checked early so we couldn’t go through security .Had to rent a car for the afternoon to store bags and get a meal. No apology or reason given for the cancellation- just rudeness. I had trouble finding a boarding pass because I had an hour between Flights and American did not see my flight I believe because I was ticketed through KAYAK.
Plane didn’t even make it off the ground. We all had to get off and walk to a different terminal (lots of confusion) to get on a different plane. Landed fairly late, connections missed. Seats were good no cell phone charges on the plane no TVs or entertainment. No issues traveling with two little kids.

Instead of arresting her, he decides to ask her out, saying he finds her alluring.

However, the raid was a trap set up by Head Witches Darius Deamonne and Eberwolf, and with three of the BATs captured, Eda and Raine are forced to hide. The two witches manage to hide and distract their pursuers long enough for Raine to set up a plan; the Day of Unity requires all nine Head Witches, and Raine proposes that they take out both Eberwolf and Darius to impede Emperor Belos' plans.

To make matters even worse, Eda realizes that the covention's mystery guest is none other than her older sister and the current leader of the Emperor's Coven, Lilith. The two sisters cross paths shortly after the event, much to Eda's displeasure. Lilith does not hesitate to criticize Eda's life choices of being a covenless fugitive, while on the other hand, she is mentoring the next generation of powerful witches. Eda tells her about her own student, Luz, and bets she is better than her students.
Besides the portal, Eda also scavenges for human garbage from beached trash slugs, much to Luz's disgust. Her apprentice is hoping to read ancient scrolls or mix potions, but Eda is not interested, as these activities remind her of magic school. Eda claims to have dropped out of school, as in her opinion, magic is supposed to be wild and unpredictable. She helps Luz find a slime ball and advises her apprentice to use it wisely. Luz opts to return to the Owl House, leaving all the human garbage for Eda to collect. After collecting the human garbage, Eda and King get into an argument over who is the better teacher.
One of Eda's spells backfire due to her weakened magic, causing apple blood to splatter all over her. Tasked with being one of the adult chaperones for Grom, Eda and King prepare for the event by dressing up as sharply as they can. When Luz reveals that she wants to take Amity's place as Grom Queen, Eda and King are critical, and she adds that Luz is too fragile to handle something like Grom. Though King believes that Eda might've been too harsh on her apprentice, she states that facing Grom is like facing one's worst fear. Luz ignores Eda's advice and continues her plan to face Grom in Amity's place.
Raine then confesses that Belos' plans are a lot more dangerous than they let on, and that he is preparing some big spell for the Day of Unity, but he cannot do it without every head witch. Raine suggests they take out Darius and Eberwolf using Eda's cursed magic. Darius and Eberwolf soon discover that they have been following Eda's boots, which kick mud onto Darius' clothes, and the two return in a rage. Darius turns into a raging abomination monster while Eberwolf goes feral and summons a giant ratworm.
The visual design of the show was inspired by various European painters including Remedios Varo, John Bauer, and definitely Hieronymus Bosch, who was best known for his surrealistic depictions of hell. Dana Terrace also took a lot of inspiration from Russian architecture as well as medieval church art. Terrace is the fourth woman to create a series for Disney Television Animation, after Pepper Ann (created by Sue Rose), Doc McStuffins (created by Chris Nee), and Star vs. the Forces of Evil (created by Daron Nefcy).
